SELF SERVICE LAUNDROMAT
Simply use our laundromat as you were using your own machines. Empty your pokets and try do shake out your clothes at home
It depends on your laundry. We have 2 programmes on each type of washing machine.
Try to select the one that suits better foryour laundry
It´s not mandatory, but we advise to do it that way. It´s always better to wash the wihte laundry separated from the dark one.
We have 3 pre selected temperatures. Cold, 30ºC and 60ºC. Usually the darker clothes are washed with lower temperature.
Well, that´s up to you. There are clothes that can't be dried due to the materials used.
If you dry your clothes at our laundromat you´ll save time and money, because you can fold your clothes right after finishing the process. That way you can directly tidy up your clothes when you arrive at home
It´s your responsabilty to take care of your laundry and choos the correct programme. We can´t held the responsability if you select e.g. the high dry temperature for delicate clothing.
If you´re not sure about what programme to use, ask for help. There is always a customer that are used to do it it or call us.
Your first order!
We aim to collect your clothes, clean them to a professional standard and get them back to you all within 48 hours. If you’d prefer we went a little slower then that’s not a problem – just let us know when you want your clothes back.

Sure you can. Your order only start when we collect it.
That selection should be mad by you. Every cloth has a label that tells you the right temperature or even the process to clean it.
Yes you can, but we prefer it online in order to keep a record of the procedure.
If you choose us, you must trust us. Another way is just take a picture before and compare if after.
Every piece has a label. That label has signs that tell you what or can´t do to clean your laundry. Take a look.
The major part are taken care by us. However we have some outsourced services. It depends on what you ask.

Sure there are some. However only when we collect your order are we able to select and tell you.
Dry Cleaning
Untill today it never happened. We advice to take a picture of before and compare it with the after. If something is wrong, we´re here tou see how we can handle it.
Almost every stains is possible, but there is always one impossible.....
Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold
There´s no need to do it as we consider our service per piece.
There are always some pieces with some plastic that can´t be dried.
